This is a legally binding auction, so DO NOT BID unless you intend on completing the purchase and have the funds in place to do so if you are the winning bidder.
If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of the close of the auction to arrange payment. Once contact is made, you have 72 hours to complete the transaction. If you do not contact us within 24 hours or fail to complete the transaction in the time frame required, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the next qualified bidder.
We can help arrange financing for this vehicle. If you need help arranging financing, please contact us to pre-qualify BEFORE bidding.
We reserve the right to sell this vehicle through other venues or to close or end this auction at anytime provided that the reserve has not been met.
Do not ask for the amount of the reserve while the auction is running as we will not disclose it before the auction ends.
This car is only available for sale to a United States resident who will allow us to title and register the vehicle (at customers expense) in the United States. NJ residents are responsible for their final bid, plus 7% sales tax, 0.4% NJ DMV Surcharge (if applicable) $250 Motor Vehicle Fees, $234 Documentary Fee and $6 NJ Tire Tax. All non-NJ bidders will be responsible for their final bid plus any and all state sale taxes from their home state, any and all DMV fees from their state and a $139 Documentary Fee all of which we will collect. Customers are not permitted to pay their own taxes and registration. FC Kerbeck will collect those amounts.
Winning bidder is responsible for arrangement of shipping of the vehicle. We assume no responsibility for the vehicle once it has left our property.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or errors of any kind in our listings. We’re not responsible for defects or omissions we had no knowledge of. Bidders are encouraged to inspect or have the vehicle inspected by an outside source before placing a bid. The vehicle is available for inspection at our location during our regular business hours. Our goal is for you to bid with confidence.
All of our cars sold on eBay are sold As-Is with no warranties expressed or implied from us. The winning bidder will get any factory warranties that are still on this vehicle. Some cars may qualify for additional warranties at the bidder’s expense. Contact us for more information.
